HOUSE COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN ON INTERIOR HAILS YILWATDA'S EMERGENCE AS APC NATIONAL CHAIRMAN

The Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Interior, Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Ahmed, has heartily congratulated Professor Nentawe Yilwatda on his emergence as the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to the press release signed by Sardauna Francis Special Assistant on Media to the Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Interior, the Chairman who is first Dujiman Katsina described Yilwatda whose appointment was unanimously ratified at the APC National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting held at the Presidential Villa on Thursday, as a seasoned technocrat and public servant with the capacity to lead the party to enviable heights.
The member representing Musawa/Matazu Federal Constituency of Katsina State added that Yilwatda election as the APC National Chairman is a testament to his unwavering dedication, proven leadership qualities, and commitment to national development.
As a party deeply rooted in progressive values and democratic governance, the lawmaker expressed confidence that under Professor Yilwatda’s leadership, the APC will experience renewed internal cohesion, and grassroots re-engagement.
He promised to support the new National Chairman and the National Working Committee of the party as they take up the vital responsibility of steering the ruling party to greater electoral success at all levels.
Hon. Ahmed, who holds the prestigious chieftaincy title of DUJIMAN KATSINA, prayed for more wisdom, strength and divine guidance as the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction took over this significant responsibility.
“May Professor Nentawe Yilwatda's election as the National Chairman of our great party, the APC usher in more unity, progress and renewed hope for the party and the nation”, the federal lawmaker said. The lawmaker urged members of the APC to continue to work for a stronger, more united APC and a more prosperous Nigeria under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
